ITC Supply facilities for Austrian band ‘Don Juan’ (June 2002)
ITC supplied sound and lighting equipment and technical support for a concert in a large marquee within the grounds off Woldingham School, Surrey, for Austrian band ‘Don Juan’.
The 10kw sound system included 4 x 1200watt Base Cabinets, and 4 x 750watt top speakers. A 32 channel Allen & Heath GL4000 desk was used, with its 8 sub groups, 10 auxiliaries, 4 band swept eq. 7 stage monitors were provided on stage. Other sound equipment included 3 FX units, 3 duel gates, 3 duel compressors, 3 graphics, relevant amplifiers, drum and vocal mics and 3 hand held radio mics.
Lighting included 8 moving head intelligent lights, and an array of par cans hung from trussing held by high stands in front and behind the stage.
The Austrian band played live music throughout the evening from The Beatles, Stones and Roy Orbison to U2, Ricky Martin and Robbie Williams, interspersed with one or two other ‘acts’ – say no more!
ITC will be providing further support to the group when they return to the UK on 12 July 2003.
